The optimization of the quality of service of 4G networks in Togo is a major challenge to meet the growing connectivity needs. In a country where infrastructure is often limited, the quality of service (QoS) of LTE networks is undermined by technical constraints and variations in demand. The thesis of Kodjo Elom Francis Kindbelle Tossou proposes an innovative approach to make antenna configuration dynamic, thus allowing the network to adapt to traffic fluctuations.
This research is based on a rigorous methodology, integrating subscriber distribution modeling and the use of metaheuristic algorithms.
